We strive to fill and ship orders within 2-3 days.  Please allow 10 business days for your order to ship if merchandise is temporarily out of stock or if items are backordered.  If there will be a further delay, we will notify you.

If you would like to have your package shipped in a different manner than USPS, or if your have a stitching "emergency", please contact us and we'll let you know of the charges.

Books, leaflets, charts, chart packs, floss, fibers or opened kits cannot be returned.  We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any returned goods that have not been authorized by Threadneedle Street.  If an item must be returned, we charge a 15% restocking fee to the amount of the goods and return freight will not be reimbursed.  Returned merchandise must be packed to insure it arrives back to us in sellable condition.  Returned items not in sellable condition, will not be eligible for replacement, exchange, credit or refund. Return problems need to be called in withing 7 days of receipt of goods.  If the mistake was ours, we will refund the postage if returned by cheapest method.  If you change your mind or ordered wrong item, the responsibility for the return postage is yours.

Damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.  No return for credit or replacement will be accepted without prior authorization from Threadneedle Street.  Please sure to include your phone number, the best time to call and the problem with the order.
